M+M Monday V – Wall-E

Yesterday, our kids were invited to a birthday party at a movie theater to see Wall-E. They were very excited, as was Erika and myself.

Well, the kids lost interest pretty quickly as the movie is slow and very little dialogue for about 30-45 minutes. But for adults, we loved it! Not only is the animation, angles, lighting and color amazing, but the story is so meaningful today and toward the human race. I applaud Pixar on writing a story that has such a powerful message! I definitely recommend seeing it!

    Mike and I saw Wall-E and LOVED it! I could not get over that movie and how wonderful it is. It’s definitely not a children’s movie as the themes are over their heads. However, I didn’t even notice the lack of dialogue. My friend pointed it out a few days later. This is worth seeing again!

    Wall-E totally looks like the robot from “Short Circuit”… minus the cheesy 80′s style of course
