M+M Monday XXIII – Bolt 3D

Our plan for yesterday was to go cut our christmas tree. But the lovely NJ weather had other plans. Cold and wet are not how I like my winters! If it is going to be cold and there will be some type of precipitation, please snow!

Erika had the great idea of heading to the movies. It has been a while since we all went together. We gave the kids a choice of Madagascar 2 and Bolt. I knew Lilla would go for Bolt as it has the voice of Miley Cyrus in it. Kristian went for it 2!

All I have to say is…WOW! The 3D was truely amazing and something I hope to see more of in the future not only for animated films, but live action. It really was incredible. I even heard Kristian scream or go ‘WHOA!’ a few times when something was coming out toward him!

The movie itself was cute and typical. Good characters, quirky side characters and funny jokes, but all with a theme/lesson built into it. If you do go see it, do yourself a favor and pay the extra to see it in 3D. Looking forward to seeing more in 3D soon!
