Photo of the day – Boating along the Hudson River

While photographing weddings, I always look for detail and scenic photographs that tell the story of the location, weather, etc. For Toni & Tom’s wedding, the ceremony and reception were to take place on a yacht along the Hudson from Jersey City. They both were getting in a hotel along the river and a photograph of the city skyline was a perfect opportunity to show location. It was an added bonus for me that this great ship was outside the hotel! Not only does it help in telling Toni and Tom’s wedding day story, but I love the contrast of a historical looking boat with the cities modern skyline.
